14th IAMC Annual Meeting: Awards and some statistics
The Fourteenth IAMC Annual Meeting has successfully ended with 423 participants coming from 34 countries. There were 105 papers presented in the oral parallel sessions, 4 keynote plenary sessions and 6 poster sessions. Some statistics are presented here below. On the occasion of the Meeting, the Integrated Assessment Modeling Consortium was proud to honour the following scientists for their outstanding work:
- Nebojsa Nakicenovic (IIASA) with the IAMC Lifetime Achievement Award
- Shinichiro FUJIMORI (Kyoto University/NIES) with the Extraordinary Contributions to the field of Integrated Assessment Modeling Award
- David LECLÈRE (IIASA) with the first edition of the Early Career ResearcherAward Honorable mention to Kaj-Ivar van der Wijst (PBL)
- Kimon KERAMIDAS (U Grenoble-Alpes) and Yang OU (PNNL) with the Best Poster Award
