Annual Meeting
Nineteenth IAMC Annual Meeting 2026
The Nineteenth Annual Meeting of the Integrated Assessment Modeling Consortium is hosted by the Environmental Change Institute at the University of Oxford. Three days of plenary and parallel sessions, poster presentations and working group meetings.
About the meeting
The IAMC Annual Meeting brings the integrated assessment modeling community together once a year to present new work, coordinate model comparison projects and hold working group meetings. IAMC2026 is hosted by the Environmental Change Institute at the University of Oxford.
The programme runs over three days: a plenary opening, parallel scientific sessions organised around the working groups, a poster session, and closed working group meetings on the final afternoon. Sessions are in person; selected plenaries will be streamed.
Call for abstracts
- Choose a session theme. Submissions are assigned to one of the working group themes listed in the call. If your work spans several, pick the closest and note the others in the submission form.
- Prepare your abstract. 300 words maximum, plain text, no references. State the model or models used, the scenario framework, and what is new about the work.
- Submit through Oxford Abstracts. All submissions go through the Oxford Abstracts platform. You will need to create an account if you do not already have one.
- Indicate your preferred format. Oral presentation, poster, or either. The programme committee may propose a different format from the one you requested.
- Wait for the review outcome. Notifications are sent by 14 August 2026. Accepted presenters must register by 2 October 2026 to keep their slot in the programme.
