IAMC Scientific Steering Committee Meeting, January 15th 2024

The agreement between IAMC and CMCC for the management of the Secretariat terminates in June 2024. After two terms and 6 years in office, CMCC will not run for another term. The SSC started a discussion on the assignment of the Secretariat to a successor starting in July 2024. Different possible models were discussed, going from a Sustaining Members taking over all the task to taking over with the support of a professional company for the administrative tasks. The request of membership submitted by the University of Galway was approved.
